Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein:

Felsentherme Bad Gastein: 
The Felsentherme are located at an altitude of 1,100 metres in the heart of Bad Gastein. To ensure something for everyone, the Felsentherme are divided into four areas:

• Adventure thermal baths: fun and adventure for families with kids. 70 m adventure slide and more.

The Gasteinertal has become well-known thanks to its many ski pistes on the surrounding mountains. Here visitors will find pistes of all difficulty levels, observation points, where you can admire the stunning alpine scenery, and ski chalets, in which you can treat yourself to delicious specialities and regional delicacies.

In the Gasteinertal you can enjoy unforgettable fun on perfectly groomed pistes in the surrounding 6 ski areas of Dorfgastein, Großarl, Schlossalm, Stubnerkogel, Graukogel and Sportgastein. All six areas belong to the Skiverbund Amadé association of ski areas and can be used with only one ski pass.

There is a free ski bus in the Gasteinertal and the nearest stop is only 100 m from our farm. This means you can leave your car behind and take the bus straight to your chosen ski area.

And for those of you who prefer off-piste skiing and ski tours: the Gasteinertal offers many ski tours to alpine huts and peaks – many of which are signposted – with descents across unspoilt slopes. 

The Haslinggut in the Gasteinertal is the perfect base for hikes and mountain tours of all kinds in the Pongauer Alps. Here in the mountains everyone will find a hiking path to suit them. The fresh air, crystal clear mountain streams and lakes, fascinating flora and fauna as well as rustic mountain chalets will make your hikes varied and memorable!

Whether it be an easy family hike in the valley or to one of the many alpine huts, hiking on a mountain with summit ascent or even a one or two-day high mountain tour – the Gastein mountains offer you all this and more.

Mountain bikers also have plenty to look forward to in the Gasteinertal – various mountain bike routes and mountain bike trails offer everyone – beginners and pros – the right ascent and descent.

If you only want to enjoy the descents, take a gondola lift up the mountain. And before you bike back down into the valley, enjoy the view across the Salzburg mountains and savour some of the delicious delicacies served in the many mountain chalets.
